The Mission Chinese Food chef hit Late Night last night for a segment devoted to his signature thrice-cooked bacon (and, fair warning, an overt promotional plug for Bombay Sapphire East). If you follow the chef at all, there isn’t much new info here — his food’s spicy, his restaurants donate money to charity, he was once a pesto champ — but he’s as charming as ever, and he does get a chance to talk about his upcoming Oklahoma fund-raiser.
