Blue Smoke’s Beer Pairings; Fedora’s Throwback Dinner

• From June 4 to June 6, Fedora is dusting off a menu from 1975, celebrating the heritage of its space. The $75 meal will include dishes like beef Stroganoff and baked ziti. E-mail for seats (though you can walk in too). [Grub Street]

The Meatball Shop’s Daniel Holzman is doing a pop-up on the Upper East Side on June 6. Stop by 83 1/2 for family-style dishes like broiled salmon and lamb scaloppini.
