Urban Outfitters isn’t the only Williamsburg-bound business in search of a liquor license: Monday night’s CB1 Brooklyn meeting also included an applicant listed as “Blind Barber Williamsburg LLC” going into the former Second Stop Café at 524 Lorimer Street, the four-year-old business that stopped selling coffee on December 31 and morphed temporarily into an antiques store before closing permanently last month.
