Over the liquor license wires this morning we see that something new is headed to the space currently home to Bistro Gambrinus (1813 Fulton Street), the Eastern European/Russian-style gastropub in the NoPa/Lone Mountain region of Masonic. We don’t have a closing date as yet, and are awaiting details on the replacement from new owner Nael Al-Shayeb. But we should note also that there appears to be some construction activity at the nearby former Poleng Lounge space (1751 Fulton Street), which has been vacant since early 2010. Stay tuned.
