Wendy’s Pays Big Bucks for Chairman’s Personal Security

The company has paid over $1.7 million for non-executive chairman Nelson Peltz’s personal security over the past three years — $657,514 for just 2012. Seventy-year-old Peltz has been on the Wendy’s board since 1993, and with 4.1 percent of the company, he’s the largest shareholder.
