Following on the heels of Mission Bowling Club and arriving alongside the upcoming Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is Urban Putt, a new miniature golf course at 22nd and South Van Ness from mini-golf enthusiast Steve Fox. The Scoop breaks the news about the project, which is likely due in early 2014, and which will include a 70-seat, two-level restaurant and a fancy bar program from the Bon Vivants (of Trick Dog fame). Though there’s no chef signed on just yet, Fox says the menu will be “classic California comfort,” maybe with a little kitsch thrown in. [Scoop]
