Chef Jennifer Puccio and partner Anna Weinberg, who own Marlowe and Park Tavern, are launching dinner service this weekend at Marlowe. In addition to the regular menu, Puccio’s going to be serving up different test dishes this week as she works out ideas for the menus at The Cavalier and S&R; Lounge, both of which will be opening later this year at the new Hotel Zetta on Fifth Street. Puccio says that the idea is for industry folk especially, who often dine out on Sundays, to offer “instant feedback on what should make the cut on the new menus.” They’re billing The Cavalier as a “glam spin on a British gastropub,” and the lounge will offer twists on American party food, like fondue and pigs in a blanket. The first Sunday dinner will be April 7, and will go from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
