Who cares about animal rights protestors suing you when you’ve got the wind in your hair? So it goes that Hot’s Kitchen, the Hermosa Beach gastro-pub serving crazy tacos, draft beer, and a deliciously illicit liver-topped burger, is now found in Hot’s Mobile, a catering truck ready to roll to events and private parties. Sean Chaney and Michael Lindenlaub’s new venture makes most of its dishes to-order, including its 50-strong taco list and the very special, very rich burger that has PETA-types up in arms.
