Over the liquor license wires today we see evidence of a restaurant called Gas Lamp moving in to the space that had been occupied by Coffee Bar and The Window at 1599 Howard Street (across 12th from 1601 Bar & Kitchen). The proprietor is one Albert Lee (who may be part of this club promotion outfit), and it’s a beer-and-wine license, and we’ll update you if we can figure out more.
