• “Amber baubles” of smoked trout roe topping the Beau Soleil oysters at “casual-yet-polished” Fitler Dining Room proved “quite the mouthful” for Adam Erace. Walnut-oiled tartare of Lancaster beef with “perky” chanterelle conserva; seared fluke topped with confit of Meyer lemon; and pork served three ways — cherry-smoked and roasted tenderloin, crisped braised belly, and coarse sausage spiced with quatre epices and poached in duck fat — were “some real stunners.” [Citypaper]
