The Fatty ‘Cue team temporarily closed its original Williamsburg location to give it a makeover, and the final result sounds like a more upscale restaurant. Fatty is now outfitted with tufted leather banquettes and a revamped second-floor dining room, reports the Times. There are also new dishes like crispy pig’s ear with sea-urchin sauce (double trend alert), fermented sausage dumplings, and cocktails from Phil Ward. Stop by and say hello (again) on Tuesday.
