Here’s some unexpectedly great-sounding news that will hopefully make you forget all about cheese-bowl pizza crusts: Di Fara posts a note on Facebook that it will be opening “a tiny takeout place offering all our old menu items” a few doors down from the current restaurant. What to expect: pasta, sandwiches, and salad — and an anticipated opening date of “mid April,” which is vague, but soon nonetheless. Do you want more details (like a specific name and/or address)? Well, too bad. The Facebook post specifically mandates asks that there be “no questions at this time” — they’ll update accordingly, and we’ll keep you posted as we hear more. [Facebook via Eater NY]
