Costa Mesa: O.C. gets its own version of West Hollywood’s notorious meat market, Saddle Ranch, this Saturday at The Triangle. [GS]

Culver City: Blaze Pizza is coming to the new development at Washington and Sepulveda, with an opening expected in August. [TRA]
Downtown: Chef Casey Lane is now serving a selection of the handmade pastas popularized at Tasting Kitchen at his Downtown restaurant The Parish, including bigoli with lemon basil cream and English peas and hand-torn pasta with a pork and apple braise. [GS]

Hollywood: Starting next month and continuing the fourth Sunday of every month throuh October, Tender Greens chef Eric Hulme is bringing back his whole animal series, slow-cooking full beasts in a Caja China and pairing dishes with sides and his own beer. Prix-fixe menus are $45, starting with a ReRide pig in May and followed by goat in June. [GS]

Santa Monica: Stella Rossa got a new lunch menu last week, served on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at the restaurant and featuring Jeff Mahin’s housemade porchetta sandiwch, an oprganic pork meatball sub, and a Stella hero. [GS]
