More tacos!

What started as a taco cart is now a booming restaurant business, and, possibly, a full-fledged franchise. Calexico is opening its third location at 153 Rivington (near Suffolk), its first brick-and-mortar in Manhattan. Entrepreneur Anthony Fauci is part of the team, and he told Grub last summer that he “could also see Calexico doing very well in Chicago.” Bowery Boogie hears that opening day is scheduled for Thursday.
