Pazzo Gelato confirms recent rumors that it will bring its gelato and sorbetto will make to Downtown’s Taste food court at the Figat7th mall. After launching in Silver Lake, owner Mike Buch recently expanded operations to Echo Park and will bring this third location of his locally lauded business to the area this summer, offering the oft-changing selection of farmers market fruit-driven desserts to Downtown. And that’s not all.
A rep for the shop indicates that City Tavern, Jimmy Shaw’s Loteria, and The Flying Pig Cafe will also take space at Taste** in the months to come, making the mall a hub of chef-driven fast-casual concepts pulled from L.A.’s own deep talent pool.
**Update: City Tavern’s location will be a flagship location opening this fall and not a stand coming to The Taste.
