Top Chef rapscallion Stefan Richter will celebrate the fifteenth year of endowing swinging American foxes the U.S. with his presence on April 9 and 10 at his Santa Monica restaurant Stefan’s at Lantana (née Stefan’s at L.A. Farm). For the occasion of his anniversary, the chef will offer a $15 three-course menu of Finnish-German dishes from 5:00 to 10:00 P.M., including smoked potato soup, gravlax with salmon, and sausage, sauerkraut, and mashed spuds in beer sauce.
