Thursday evening at 6:00 P.M., Andre Guerrero and Ryan Sweeney’s Belgian restaurant, Little Bear in Downtown, is hosting a Smoked and Sour Bruery Night, which will include a premier of two of the Orange County Brewery’s new beers, including a collaboration with Beachwood Brewing and BBQ. Guerrero will pair dishes with the tart, smoked, and aged specimens, while Bruery director of marketing Ben Weiss will be in the house to share his wisdom. The options are offered a la carte, with both the dishes and beers available on tap below for your consideration.
