Shojin, Downtown’s organic-vegan sushi, ramen, and seitan steak joint that is beloved by meat-free blogger QuarryGirl and her ilk, is expanding to a new address in Culver City this week. According to its Facebook page, the restaurant is taking over the old home of Claudia Kihui’s Sazon Latin Fusion, with a debut planned on March 8. Now, that’s a quick turnaround, considering Sazon only shuttered last week. Check out Shojin’s original menu online, keeping in mind the new location will add some additional rolls and dishes to the menu, and come see what vegan ramen tastes like come this Friday, if you dare.

Shojin, 12406 Washington Blvd. Culver City.
