PETA is still harassing Hot’s in Hermosa Beach over the restaurant’s continued serving of foie gras, sending a letter to the place asking them to “swear off foie gras for good” and detailing the perceived abuses at Palmex, Inc. where the ingredient is produced. Meanwhile, the restaurant will have its day in court with the animal rights organization in early April.
