Northern Spy’s Big Beef Dinner; Bareburger Coming to Hell’s Kitchen

Epicerie Boulud is featuring special catering for Passover and Easter Sunday. Highlights from the seder selection include traditional favorites such as potato latkes and slow-cooked beef brisket, while the Easter menu has glazed Parisian ham and roast leg of lamb. Gift baskets and boxes of Epicerie Boulud’s sweet confections are also available and, along with the catering options, can be ordered online. [Grub Street]

• It’s that time again: Northern Spy is hosting it’s third annual Big Beef dinner on April 3. Meat lovers can enjoy a hearty five-course meal with dishes including rib-eye carpaccio and cannoli stuffed with bone-marrow mascarpone. The dinner is $75 and an additional $25 for beverage pairings. • To beat the (hopefully forthcoming) heat, Birch Coffee is launching an iced-coffee delivery service starting April 1. Using custom-made bicycles, Birch will bike over 64-ounce growlers of their iced brew to your door at a rate of $25 for the first jug and $20 for any after that. Place an order before April 16 and Birch will waive the $5 delivery fee. [Grub Street]
