East Village residents are furious about the invasion of 7-Eleven, and they’re doing more than decorating the neighborhood with stickers. Tonight, members of the No 7-Eleven group (a real gangster squad) are proposing their resolution to stop suburbanization at CB3’s meeting: a zoning text amendment that will require the Community Board to pass all corporate formula stores before they open.
