Long ago we posted about the “Odd Bits” dinners that Frontier was hosting, built around unusual parts, sometimes from unusual critters. That series ended, but the West Town restaurant continues to be ground zero for whole beast meals including unexpected things like alligator. And tonight they’re building a meal around bison— sure, you’ve had buffalo (so-called) burgers, but this is taking it to another level with a five-course tasting menu of bison-based delicacies for $75 (with pairings for $15).
