
This Saturday, Hermosa Beach restaurant Abigaile is holding an open house to test out the brunch menu being launched this Sunday. From 10:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., the public is invited to come in and try complimentary food samples and brunch cocktails, including Tin Vuong’s breakfast-over-lunch dishes like his take on Pop-Tarts with smoked pork and fried egg, pho-poached chicken salad, smoked steelhead trout, and what he calls his “Proverbial” fried chicken and waffles with pistachio-honey butter. Cocktails will include mimosas, bacon-infused Bloody Marys, and something called an “Abigaile Brewmosa” that involves the restaurant’s own beer. See full details about Saturday’s open house online.
