A boutique luxury hotel is set to open on West 38th Street next spring, and it’ll include a restaurant that’s similar in style to David Burke Kitchen at the James Hotel. Pretzel crab cakes, smoked beef fat fries, and cheesecake lollipop trees are big wins for midtown south. [NYP]
