The fine folks at Chipotle have found a way to make tofu flavorful. They’re testing out a new sofritas burrito, filled with Hodo Soy tofu that’s been braised with roasted poblanos and chipotles, and shredded. And it can also be ordered as a burrito bowl, or in a taco. It’s a meal that should delight vegans, whose options are often so few, and it’s only being tested here in the Bay Area at the moment so that’s sort of exciting. It’s available at three locations in the city (525 Market, 121 Fourth Street at the Metreon, and 126 New Montgomery), and in San Mateo, Millbrae, and Palo Alto.
