Seems the strained relations between onetime Talula’s Table co-founder Bryan Sikora and a. kitchen owner David Fields have finally reached their breaking point. Sikora, who you’ll recall had planned to exit the fold at the Rittenhouse bistro to open a bakery and cafe in Wilmington, DE, has been served walking papers. According to the Insider, Fields says the time was right to let the chef go, and that a search for his replacement is on. Should all go as planned, Sikora’s forthcoming project should begin taking shape in May, and is expected to open early summer. Meanwhile, Fields is working on a. kitchen’s expansion, which when first announced was on track to open in May. [Insider; Earlier]
