There’s a cool new solution to the nighttime chill in the air over at Ragazza (311 Divisadero) in the form of an Australian-made, radiant-heat “umbrella” that warms their new gazebo. And apparently thing is engineered to heat people without heating the air, so the partially enclosed gazebo doesn’t get swelteringly hot.
