Canetti Roadhouse, the new project from former Fish chef Francesco Torre, is now slated to open next week in downtown Forestville. We first heard wind of it last month, and Tablehopper reports that Torre “has been transforming the cozy West County restaurant [at 6675 Front Street] for nearly six months, rehabbing the kitchen, sandblasting walls, repainting, and adding tons of charm.” We’ll post a menu as soon as one goes public.
