Back in 2011, when we first got wind of the innovative fast-casual Honeygrow, we were told it would be the first of many. The concept debuted at 16th and Sansom streets the following summer. Now it looks like founder Justin Rosenberg is one step closer to his mission of world domination. He opened location number two this morning on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd. Like its Center City predecessor, the new spot specializes in stir-fry dishes, salads, and fresh squeezed juices, shakes and smoothies. But with 2,500 square feet, and 55 seats inside, it’s almost double the size of the original. There’s no word yet on when or where the next one will pop up.
