Things are heating up on the brunch beat again. Andrew and Kristin Wood, the husband and wife team behind the farm-to-table market-driven Center City BYOB Russet are extending their Sunday brunch service, and rolling out a new menu this weekend. Service on Sundays will now run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., which gives sleepyheads an extra hour to get it together. New offerings include housemade pastries and assorted jams, house-smoked sustainable trout, a duck confit croque madame, and seasonal pancakes inspired by the Woods’ 5 year old son, Gus. There’s also Counter Culture coffee and espresso, fresh squeezed juices, and bloody mary mix. Keep reading to see the full spread.
