Noah Blom, co-owner of Costa Mesa’s Shuck Oyster Bar, is going solo with a new restaurant called Arc Food & Libations. Currently in the middle of staff-training, the restaurant is another in the emerging roster of wood and brick-clad locavores making everything in-house and preparing dishes over an open fire. So, what’s on the menu?

Between two outdoor patio spaces, the huge bar is being commanded by bartender Koire Rogers, mixing all bitters, syrups, and sodas by his own hand for drinks like a “Missing Link,” with gin, blueberry, and spearmint, a white Whiskey “Little White Lie,” and a “Grappa Sour,” with citrus, egg white, and the titular Italian spirit.

Menus fit the mold of a central ingredient ringed by three co-stars, like meatballs served with garlic and whiskey toast, a chicken casserole with broccoli and cheddar, and pork served with black beans, maple, and herbs, none of which pushes over the $15 mark.

Check out Arc’s full first menu below and get ready for a debut any day now in Costa Mesa.
