Looks like a newly relocated Fond isn’t the only restaurant opening on our radar this week. Ralic’s on South, the seafood sports bar concept that we told you Haddonfield, New Jersey’s indie-steakhouse operator David Ralic has been putting together for months inside the sprawling space that last housed Black Angus Steakhouse near Front and South streets, is also on schedule to open Friday. A rep for the new restaurant told Grub this morning that a limited, soft-launch menu will be offered for the first few weeks while Chef John Anninos and his crew — wait for it — get their “sea legs” (groan). Said menu will feature an assortment of raw bar options, salads, soups and bar snacks, like fried octopus, chicken wings, clams casino and flatbread pizzas. Check out what’s in store straight ahead.
