We already told you about the new 4505 Meats Butcher Shop from Ryan and Cesalee Farr (1909 Mission Street at 15th). Now we bring you a look inside, where the Farrs have wallpapered the place with marked-up galley from their 2011 Whole Beast Butchery book — available for sale at the shop. As you can see, in addition to fresh and cured meats and charcuterie, there’s also a daily changing sausage menu, so you can walk out with ribeyes for dinner and a hot boudin blanc topped with kraut for lunch.
Also, be advised that just because they have a brick-and-mortar home now, they won’t be giving up the farmers’ market circuit. You can still find 4505 Meats, their chicharrones, and their signature burger (one of our top five favorites in town) at the Ferry Plaza Farmers’ Markets on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays; the Mission Community Market on Thursday nights; and the Montclair Farmers’ Market and Divisadero Farmers’ Market on Sundays as well.
