El Segundo Brewing Co., makers of the Citra Pale Ale, one of our favorite new brew finds of 2012, plans to release two of its ales in bottles in the weeks to come. L.A. Mag’s Digest spots the brewery’s Standard Crude Imperial Stout on its way to the federal approval process at 10.3% ABV, as well as plans to bottle half-wheat, half-barley White Dog IPA, both in 22 Oz. formats. The beers are likely to hit store shelves in mid-to-late January, while the brewery is currently working to double its output with the addition of new fermentation tanks. [DIgest]
