
Last we checked in on Joshua Scott Albert, the Staph Meal blogger was locked up, and was facing multiple counts of criminal solicitation to commit murder, terrorist threats and harassment in connection to Facebook pages he set up that called for killing top ranking police officials, and Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams. Following testimony from Williams, and Fraternal Order of Police president John McNesby yesterday in a preliminary hearing, a Municipal Court judge ordered Albert to stand trial on all counts, the Inky reports. He remains in custody with bail still set at $300,000. Needless to say, he should’ve quit while an enraged Georges Perrier was his biggest problem. [Inquirer]
