Not so fast.
A group of residents in supermarket-less Windsor Terrace aren’t going to buy their vegetables at Walgreens, thankyouverymuch: They’re trying to start a food co-op in the hood. The produce posse has been meeting since July to plan and has sought advice from leaders of the Park Slope Food Coop. There’s a meeting October 23 for neighbors that’s expected to be well-attended.
