Tesori will have “in the former Rhapsody space” attached to its name for at least one CSO season, we suspect, since the restaurant in that space inevitably serves as the default choice for symphony-goers. But as this video they’ve just released shows, they’ve completely reworked with the space with a fresher, more contemporary-casual look to go with the italian and pan-Mediterranean food of chef Andrew Deuel (Le Cirque, Rainbow Room). In the video you meet Deuel, who talks about being new to Chicago, and manager Amanda Su, as well as bartender Brady, who seems to be a one-word-name type like Sting.
