As mentioned before, one of the things we said we were anticipating most this season are new reasons to venture beyond city limits for a bite to eat. One of those reasons, Terence Feury’s new hitch at Tavro Thirteen in Swedesboro, NJ, opens later today. Though menu specifics remain up in the air, we suspect the seafood skill set Feury honed while ascending the ranks at Michelin-starred Le Bernardin, and perfected while heading Striped Bass will take center stage. As will the farm-fresh, seasonal approach he plied at Old City’s Fork. The restaurant, which will feature a huge bar, a live music lounge, patio and private dining rooms, is housed in the 250-year-old Colonial-era building that was once home to the Olde Swedes Inn.
