As the 38-year-old Le Cirque seeks to replace its chef and continues to reassess operations in the wake of its lackluster New York Times review, restaurant patriarch Sirio Maccioni’s next venture at the Pierre Hotel is ready for its debut. The New York branch of Sirio promises pizza and Fellini; Filippo Gozzoli’s dinner menu includes lamb shanks with morels and artichokes, and a Livorno-style seafood stew. The restaurant will open on November 1 and is taking reservations from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. [Sirio NY via QualityRye/Twitter, Earlier]
