From the “he does it so you (and we) don’t have to” department at Serious Eats Chicago, Nick Kindelsperger shows all 15 hamburgers entered in the Hamburger Hop which led off this weekend’s Chicago Gourmet. (He got quarters of each, and often only took a single bite.) He agrees with the winners, but throws in a favorite of his own… and we can’t say we’re surprised who this contender turns out to be.
