Daniel Patterson’s Plum and Plum Bar in Oakland have a new executive chef: Manfred Wrembel. As the Scoop reports, he comes most recently from Incanto, where he was Chris Cosentino’s chef de cuisine, and Patterson says, “He’s ready to run his own place.” With the hire, look for Plum’s menu to look a bit different too.
