The once somewhat-secret ramen counter in the basement of Greenpoint’s No Name Bar is now operating as a not-so-secret Thai fishball noodle soup counter, serving bowls from 12:30 p.m. to 3 a.m., Paper reports. Everything on the menu is less than $10, and the chef, who also runs Am Thai in the Kensington, based her menu on her Bangkok grandma’s recipes. [Paper, Earlier]
