Come January of next year, the swanky Setai Fifth Avenue will become a Langham Place hotel. It was announced earlier this week that the Hong Kong-based group bought the hotel, also home to Michael White’s Mediterranean-Italian restaurant Ai Fiori, for $229 million. Thankfully, “the changeover will not affect Ai Fiori at all,” a representative of White’s Altamarea Group tells us. [Hotel Check-In/USAT]
