So it looks as if that fall cookout that Scott Schroeder told us he’s doing with fellow HopChef-testants Joe Cicala, and George Sabatino at Le Virtu will have a lot more to it than the “hoodies and motherfucking fire pits!” that he promised last week. Expect things like antipasti, shellfish in a lobster brodo, and whole grilled bronzino, plus beer and wine. The South Philadelphia Taproom and American Sardine Bar chef sent word earlier today that tickets for the party, dubbed “Autunno alle Brace,” will go on sale at Le Virtu this Friday. He also included a copy of the menu. The evening’s food and drink are covered with the $90 entry fee. Keep reading to see what the chefs are cooking.
