Le Truc, the schoolbus-turned-food truck that was spotted around town in various locales over the past two years, has now taken up regular residence at Rock Wall Wines in Alameda. It’s actually a brick-and-mortar operation for the team, making use of a 142-seat indoor/outdoor dining area at the winery. Le Truc is now in residence Wednesday to Sunday, noon to 5:30 p.m., and until 6:30 p.m. on Fridays, serving up their signature sandwiches, like their turkey-meatball parm, and their Butt King Taco with Thai curry pork butt. We’re told the turkey meatballs pair nicely with Rock Wall’s Zin.
