The meat man himself gripes about what gets served on a bun at JG Melon on the Upper East Side. The, uh, wholesale meat supplier known for creating special blends used by restaurants to serve some of the most hyped and PR-friendly hamburgers that have ever been grilled says that the Third Avenue restaurant’s version is overrated. “It’s good after you’re drunk.
