Not all roads lead to the Free Library of Philadelphia, but tonight Jose Garces’ Latin Road Home will wend its way to the Central branch at 19th and Vine streets. The Iron Chef, who’s been on quite a roll lately with a new book, a new charitable foundation, and yet another restaurant — Volver — in the works, will discuss this latest addition to his growing cookbook collection with Philly.com’s Michael Klein. It’s free, and starts at 7:30 p.m.
