Pull up a stool alongside Bon Appétit editor Andrew Knowlton as he grills barkeep Guy Fieri and finds out his favorite hangover cure is grits, ham, and red-eye gravy. “That,” the gut-bombing, gauntlet-throwing chef says, “Sunday football, and a big cup of coffee.” Fieri winces at the warm Goldschläger in his rocks glass then proposes an alternate concoction of Jameson and gin, with a “triple sec floater, anchovy and a dollop of ice cream.” Finally, he toasts warmly to his new friend.
