After unloading the burden of owning and operating this city’s most legendary restaurant, Le Bec Fin, Georges Perrier tells the folks over at Foobooz that he has his mojo back. And he’s champing at the bit to get back on the pots and pans. Heirloom chef-owner Al Paris is happy to oblige. He’s bringing Perrier into the kitchen at his Chestnut Hill restaurant for two seatings on November 14. The dinners will feature Perrier’s take on classic Lyonnaise cuisine played out over six courses. Many of the dishes will be plucked from the pages of his 1997, Aliza Green-co-authored Georges Perrier Le Bec-Fin Recipes. Both seatings cost $125 per person. Here’s hoping Chip Roman takes a stroll over from Mica, and gives everyone in the kitchen a refresher on LBF’s signature Galette de crab. [Foobooz]
