Art dealer Larry Gagosian, whose ever-growing empire of galleries will expand this Friday with the opening of a 17,500-square-foot gallery space inside a private Paris air hub, will also open a full-service restaurant this fall in New York. Today, the Post reports that Gagosian has enlisted Sant Ambroeus owners Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Paul to be partners. The art dealer was granted approval from CB8 Manhattan in May; in June, the Observer reported that a sign had gone up in the window of the space at 976 Madison Avenue announcing a fall 2012 opening. The partners filed paperwork seeking a full liquor license in July. [NYP, Gallerist]
